Justin Summers earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as an editor on the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. He joined Gutterman Griffiths after gaining experience in litigation as a clerk with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office in Detroit, Michigan, the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, and the Family Violence Unit at the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
Justin applies perspectives learned from criminal law in his practice at Gutterman Griffiths, which encompasses all areas of family law, including dissolution cases, allocation of parental rights, civil protection orders, and post-decree disputes. Justin seeks to guide his clients through what is often the most painful and stressful time of their lives, while ensuring that that their rights and interests are protected by a zealous advocate.
